In the name of freedom and play, let’s paint abstract faces using mixed media and incorporating the lyrics from Brandi Carlile!
I invite you to spend happy hour with me letting loose, slinging paint, and having fun. You’ll be gently guided and supported every step of the way. If painting faces seems scary to you, I want to demonstrate how to simplify the process. I will provide lessons to get you started and help subside those fears. I'll encourage you to paint perfectly imperfect abstract faces.

Abstract Wanderlust: Intuitive Painting Retreat
This is so much more than an art retreat. It’s an opportunity to gather in an inclusive community and find unbridled freedom and joy in intuitive painting. I’ll gently guide you every step of the way in the spirit of play, where experimentation is celebrated, and without judgment.
Using inspiration from our gorgeous surroundings in Southern Italy, we’ll explore an array of abstract painting techniques using acrylic paint and mixed media. We’ll be painting authentic and heartfelt work from our guts and letting our unique lived experiences shape our canvases.
Wild With Wonder: Intuitive Painting Retreat
Join me for a soulful, week-long art retreat on the radiant island of Zakynthos, Greece. You will dive into intuitive painting and expressive mark-making, using acrylics, pastels, pencils, ink, and crayons to explore emotion, movement, and personal story. Each day will invite you to create from a place of presence, looseness, and trust, supported by my gentle guidance and the grounding energy of the group. This retreat welcomes artists of all levels.

Experience the intuitive painting process in the spirit of freedom and play, where experimentation is celebrated, and without judgment.
We’ll start with a soulful grounding activity followed by an array of guided painting exercises designed to help you loosen up, release expectations, make bold choices, and invite abstract expressive painting into your daily life.
This class is for everyone, with no previous painting experience necessary. I believe that we’re all artists, that art is healing, and that creating in community can be transformative. My classes integrate a mind, body, and soul approach to intuitive painting. I invite the broken, the shiny, and the rebels to share your own stories through art and play.
All supplies (acrylic paint and mixed media materials) provided. You just have to show up!

Intuitive Painting Retreat
We'll take over the lush secluded Nereus Retreat Center for 7 days & 6 nights of making art where the jungle meets the ocean in the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica. We’ll lodge in a private retreat center with our own saltwater pool, surrounded by lush rainforest, and steps to the Pacific Coastline.
Private Party: Abstract Layers
Open to all levels. Seasoned painters and first-time painters are wholeheartedly encouraged to join. If you're a beginner who has never painted or an experienced painter feeling creatively stuck and in need of a boost of fresh inspiration, this course is for you.
