In the name of freedom and play, we’ll paint abstract art using acrylic paint and mixed media tools, and incorporating lyrics from Brandi Carlile Band.
I invite you to spend happy hour(s) with me letting loose, slinging paint, and having fun. You’ll be gently guided and supported every step of the way and you’ll take home a memento (that you created!) from the weekend!

No Experience Necessary!
We're all artists! This class is for everyone, with no previous painting experience necessary. If you’re a beginner who has never painted before or an experienced painter feeling creatively stuck and in need of a boost of fresh inspiration, this workshop is for you!

I’ve been a devoted Brandi Carlile fan for over 20 years, and getting to weave her music into my painting practice, in community, still feels surreal.
I anticipate lots of laughter, community building, a big ‘ol messy creative adventure… and maybe even some singing and dancing!
Last year, I taught a workshop during Red Rocks weekend that completely sold out, and earlier this year, I led two sold-out workshops at her Mothership Music Festival in Mexico. The energy, the openness, the joy of creating together… it’s something really special.
